What is your shipping policy?

Shipping charges: Customers are responsible for the associated shipping amount (cost to ship) and understand this is a non-refundable charge when placing online orders.

Shipping rates are determined by the shipping service used depending on package weight and dimensions; all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping to some areas may not be available for orders weighing over 10 lbs.

Delivery speed: Orders are usually delivered within 4-9 days within the United States. A tracking number or link will be provided at the time of shipping.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays in shipping or delivery are not subject to refunds or compensation.

International shipping: We are not currently able to ship physical products outside of the United States. There is no regional restriction for purchases of digital-only products that do not have a physical component.

Delivery failures: Delivery failures such as Return To Sender status are determined by shipping and postal services. If any issues arise where the carrier is unable to successfully deliver the order (e.g.  invalid address, unknown address, multiple delivery attempts), they will be automatically returned to sender. If your order is received at the sender’s return address, a credit will be issued to you for the return; shipping is non-refundable and is not to be included as part of the credit.

Returns: Please be advised that return requests must be submitted and approved by our customer service team. To initiate your request, please contact us through our web form. Shipments that are returned without prior notice will NOT be honored.

Customers are responsible for the return postage and shipping, except for, and related to, warranty defects or damages observed from manufacturing or production.
